I used to put a sleeping bag in the dryer for two hours and then tell myself I would crawl inside headfirst and fap while speakers play digestion sounds but I pussy out when I'm shoulder deep. Claustrophobic in there.

I tried using a towel with the shower idea. I draped it over myself and let it get soaked with hot water. It added a feeling of softness and tightness, but also spread out the heat more evenly. Not bad.

You should see if you can find a caving group in your area. Once you get through the first couple squeezes, you'll feel right at home in tight places.

I'm a pred, so a way I've done it (other than things like the "swallow a load" post) is stuffing a stretchy shirt with pillows etc, then a Bluetooth speaker through which I play a clip of digestion sounds and begging. It's simultaneously silly and dark, but it gets the job done far more effectively than I thought it would.

I'm going to try and build some sort of inflatable balloon throat and lube it up… someday.

I sit in a lukewarm tub filled with oathmeal.
