mam taką sprawe, otóż mam niezapłacone dwa mandaty, pod koniec 2019 roku skarbówka weszła mi na konto bankowe i nabiła mi 55 na minus(transakcja zablokowana). jestem neetem, niedługo 26 lvl, więc będę musiał płacić za prowadzenie konta i chciałbym je zlikwidować. gdzieś w połowie czerwca miną 3 lata od wystawienia mandatów - teraz pytanie, czy wystarczy poczekać i mandaty się przedawnią, mimo wejścia na konto? da się jakoś zlikwidować ten dług? nie mam dochodów i dla mnie to dużo pieniędzy

nie zamkniesz konta jak masz na minusie, ułomku, idziesz ,spłacasz te 55zł i od razu zamykasz, inaczej sie nie da a jak zostawisz to i tbw to oni beda naliczac sobie za prowadzenie konta i jak dojdzie do określonej sumy to do windykacji a pozniej komornik, jak jestes neetem i nie masz dochodów to kurwa konta sie likwiduje, po 3 latach sie przedawnia wszystko ale ten minus musisz zapłacic, ew. mogą ci wjebać na minus te twoje kolejne 200zł (prawdopodobnie to zrobią pod koniec przedawnienia) i dojdzie kolejne do potrącenia, moze masz dostępny debet na koncie i z debetu ci zajeli bo debet to tak jakbys miał hajsik i np. jak masz 1000zł debetu to komornik ci moze sie wjebac na konto i to zabrać, jestes debilem.
