1) Nie jestem ekspertem, ale wydaje mi się, że podaż i popyt się nie dogadują, a korzystają na tym głównie banki i ostatnio firmy inwestujące w mieszkania pod wynajem i aplikacje motelowe, które dewastują rynek jeszcze bardziej nabijając ceny. Według mnie problem leży w zbyt dużej ilości pośredników od kogoś kto buduje mieszkanie do tego kto w nim mieszka.
2) Nie, w tej chwili nie. Sama znajomość języka obcego daje Ci lepszą perspektywę życia w Polsce niż robaczenia za granicą. Myślę za to wyemigrować za 10-15 lat gdy już tu osiągnę wszystko co mogłem i przeżyć mniej intensywne lata życia w spokoju i umrzeć w kraju z dobrym socjalem i systemem emerytalnym. Finlandia to świetne miejsce, jakaś Nowa Zelandia, może Australia, Szwajcaria- kogoś bardzo wykwalifikowanego przyjmą wszędzie, więc mam tyle lat by te kwalifikacje zdobyć.
