W ogóle raz mówiłem do jednej loszki, że za najbardziej obiektywny wyznacznik rozwoju cywilizacyjnego uznaję produkcję czołgów. A to dlatego, że wymaga dużej kultury technicznej, organizacji, rozwiniętego przemysłu i bazy wiedzy, a więc też doskonałego systemu kształcenia. Do tego czołgi są obiektywnie fajne, więc ich tworzenie jest pozytywne dla ludzkości.

Dla mnie nie, poczytaj sobie wspomnienia Cariusa- strasznie psioczył na nie. Armata była za duża i się rozregulowywała, do tego podwozie było przeciążone. Z taktycznego punktu widzenia posiadanie stodoły z armatą polową… Można lepiej.

Bardziej obiektywnym wyznacznikiem byłyby wg mnie drogi anonie okręty liniowe. Od żaglowych liniowców ery nowożytnej po pancerniki 20 wieku. Wymagały tego samego, a jednocześnie w każdej z epok były najbardziej skomplikowanymi poruszającymi się machinami skonstruowanymi przez człowieka. Hmm… Dobrze i niedobrze- okręty wojenne przechodziły wiele iteracji i ewolucji od drewnianych ships of the line aż po pancerniki, wyparte przez lotniskowce i superlotniskowce, do tego całe masy okrętów pomocniczych, do tego wiele rozwiniętych krajów nie potrzebowało floty.
Czołg z kolei utrzymuje swoją klasyczną formę w zasadzie od momentu powstania- gąsienice, przedział bojowy, silnikowy i uzbrojenie w wieży. To samo od FT z nielicznymi wyjątkami- jest to całkiem niezła stała na podstawie której można mierzyć, nie?
