Oj Annon. Ja brałem 3 lata to samo. Ale jak rzucałem to co kilka dni zjeżdżałem o 1/4 dawki. Po każdym zmniejszeniu jechałem na tej mniejszej dawce kilka dni, i tak aż do zera. Lepiej zrób tak. Nic nie będziesz czuł i nie będzie efektów ubocznych
