I find it rather doubtful, at least so long as they have the PS3's PSN up to transfer off of, as that's the same generation store as PSP and Vita. Still, while I certainly wouldn't defend them taking them down (server and hosting shenanigans being a massive flaw about digital purchases), the PSP was pretty much the Piratestation Portable anyhow. Getting in trouble legally like >>16878564 says? Possibly, if they don't have some sort of loophole at the ready about digital games being rentals. But those that went CFW won't be nearly as affected.
More a concern than game ISOs and eboots, which I wager most if not everything is apt to have been ripped by this point, as I see it, archiving DLC and such is probably the bigger thing to be worried about, assuming those aren't cases of having been taken down already (the way a lot of PS3 games have seen with limited access preorder/first print bonuses).
