LEGO Super Mario will launch later this year but right now there is no word as to how many sets there will be, what the price will be etc. It doesn't appear that there is any integration between these LEGO Mario sets and Nintento Switch or other tablets/smartphones.

I don't get what the point of the electronics is. It looks like you just pick Mario up and put him on stuff. It looks like moving a piece in a board game without the rules. The gimmick will get old fast unless there is some kind of board game or other structure.
