This thread is extremely easy if you just look up pretty much any original Xbox games that aren't Halo, Jet Set Raido Future, Crimson Skies, or Ninja Gaiden.
It might be harder to make a list of Xbox Games people still remember rather then ones nobodies has heard about.

I keep shilling Ring Runner and I will continue to. It's a 2d space dogfighter with some very neat ship building and customization. The ship classes can be mages that fire off weird projectiles with interactions with the projectiles(like a big fuck off ticking time bomb orb, followed by a push pulse to push it and any nearby enemies in the same direction so they take the maximum amount of damage). The could be the grappler type ships that have tractor beams and physics based weapons like a space bat/hammer or deploying a flail that you control with the right analog to smash into people. They could be regular fighters who generate lots of heat and have creative ways to discharge the heat like venting it as a bomb or as a plasma trail, or using the heat as ammo for another weapon, or arsenal class ships with lots of turrets and rockets. Or rogues that stealth and operate on a "mark then consume mark" arsenal.
It's neat, the music's great, the writing's neat(although some of the jokes don't land), the gameplay is a blast and there's shitton of content including takes of arcade titles like breakout or missle command.

Siralim 3 is pretty good, not sure if popular but never see it talked about here really, aside from maybe one other anon. It's a creature collecting procedural RPG thing, been sort of iterated on over the sequels and is pretty fleshed out with features now. They boast something like 700 different creatures.

Its a pretty meh game, I am biased though because I played that shit as a kid and remember loving it, then I got it as an adult and now realize the combo system is stiff as fuck but hey I still had some fun with it.
I wish there had been a sequel because if they made the combat a bit more smooth it would easily be a great game.
Buki is best girl, I think she is the reason I have a thing for Amazons and leotards.

Another game I see nobody talk about, Mibibli's Quest, a mega man clone, with a lot of interesting level gimmicks, one of the for example is a ddr level where while you're platforming, you have to press the correct buttons or you'll get damaged. Just look at the trailer yourself.

The first time for xbox was a game called Sneakers, a fucking launch game for the Jap Xbox. Fucking awful game though, like between this, and the rest of the line up being Halo and American sports games, it's no wonder the Japs thought of Xbox as a joke. Maybe if they lead with shit like Ninja Gaiden and Phantom Dust first, instead of fucking around with an MMOs and trash like this, they'd be in a better position now.

Record of Lodoss War OVA had a follow up game on Dreamcast made by Neverland, the developers of Rune Factory and Lufia.
Its an action RPG where your primary way of improving your stats is to find rune words in the world and engrave those on your gear using Mythril. Its a pretty good game especially on the dreamcast but the difficulty is complete bullshit in a weirdly fun kind of way. Neverland made also made Shining Force Exa and Neo on PS2 which play somewhat similarly to it but are worse in every way except the graphics.

Where they Cremate The roadkill, very surreal beat em-up in the rpg maker engine. It's art and tone carry the game. It's one of those games that is drops you into the world and has you figure out where to go on your own. It's disgustingly underplayed.
