It is sort of a Navy Sim.
You start out building your Navy by choosing some ship characteristics but then you roll for random effects as well. So sometimes the ships work well and sometimes they don't. Part of the randomness is that you don't get to pick what kind of ship you get. Sometimes it is a Destroyer, sometimes a sub, etc. If you get one you don't like, you can either delete it or just anchor it in the harbor where it will simply sit and take up space that could be used by other ships, but there is plenty of room so there really isn't any need to. Plus it makes your Navy look more impressive as when other Navies are looking at your strength they see you have a huge number of ships. They can't tell how many of your ships are shit unless they engage you.

Gachas are gay. You should be able to create your own ship by using your own schematics that you drew up yourself as a basis for the ships hull. It would basically be like a realistic bridge building sim except with boats. It would also factor in weight destribution (for the upgrades) as well.

Here's my idea for a game. You know those digits at the very end of my post #? If I time my post just right, I can have repeating digits. 2 repeating digits are dubs, I get 1 point. 3 repeating digits are trips, that grants my idea merit over others. 4 repeating digits means that I'm just simply right and there's not anything anyone can do about it.
It really helps bring a better mood to shit threads like these!

I got that part of the idea from watching how Mark runs this board tbh.
