but honestly, its not that hard once you get the hang of it, just find a slight level place nearby a gravel deposit, push the level closer to the gravel the best you can in order to create an entrance, easy

Buy a construction office in the middle of nowhere and fill it with bulldozers (or whatever was the vehicle for leveling)
Now you got free leveling while the game is paused forever in a very wide range. That also servers as a reserve emergency money pool in the format of 'cars you can sell'
