Time for an Ace Attorney thread, gentlemen. Expect tagged and untagged spoilers, but try to be civil about DGS2 at least. What was your favorite case? Character? Soundtrack? If you'd change one thing apart from the strange localization decisions, what would it be? I'd make it that Dual Destinies never happened. To be more specific, I would never have put Puoekix back in the spotlight after what he went through in Apollo Justice.

A part of me wanted him and Maya to just lay back to be an advisory role. Some of the fan cases are really good though.

I switched to Danganronpa from this after Spirit of Justice and then to Zero Escape and one thing I've noticed is that the writing for the latest games aren't as good as the earlier entries but then again Shu Takumi kind of went and made his Japanese AA games, Takada wanted to do a lol meta moment but ended up being seen as a fuck you to the franchise and Uchikoshi ended up writing a plot that if i remember wasn't that good and jumped ship to make a game about finding a killer with the power of memories or something but both takada and uchikoshi also made some literal who game about clones that nobody remembered

Ace Attorney 6 has a much better story, but isn't really harder while Layton vs Wright is harder, but only because you have to solve a bunch of puzzles in between all the case, and in the middle of the final case.

Who knows. From what i remember the team behind the games were really complaining about burn out by the time 6 hit.
