It's just that chinks don't understand how to write an story. Sylvanas is Garrosh 2.0, literally the same development, except this time her motivation was literally out of the ass. They wrote her that way just to be a plot device ever since BfA the sad part is that her development wasn't bad at all.

I think Legion had some redeemable stuff. Legion should have been the expansion that came right after WOTLK, in fact, because The Lich King was supposed to be the last defense Azeroth had against the Legion, I can forgive Cataclysm because lorewise he was important ever since WoW, sure, but there's no forgiving to the meme pandas and it's unforgivable sequel. And even then, Legion should have been the end of WoW.

They would depend on other races to do that, and there are a variety of problems with that. First, forsaken have free will, they can't be forced to serve Sylvanas, so even if you turn them, there's no guarantee they will help or will be loyal, specially if they were turn by force, that's why Sylvanas gives newly raise undead the choice to be part of her forces, live as an undead out of that, or go back to the grave.

I looked it up, they did. Seems to only be speculation on why with no clear answer. Could have been due to the way phasing works, since the quest used a phased part of undercity any changes they made to undercity would be in the quest phase also so they'd have to leave the guy that was killed in undercity for the quest to keep working. At least, that seems like a reasonable explanation.

Other quests have been shortened like a quest in Outland involving Thrall.

In the old lore the Titans did not kill the other old Gods as doing so would destroy Azeroth entirely, hence why they just locked them away. The new lore now states we killed all the Old Gods and Blizzard is hoping you forgot about the part where doing that would destroy Azeroth.

I didn't mind Nathanos that much because he was actually part of a quest in vanilla, but it's true that his whole character was changed while characters like fucking Gunther Arcanus were forgotten despite him being one of the few undead capable of getting rid of Lich King's control on his own, and he is an actual Lich he was also part of the Kirin Tor, which explains his magic power, until he disappeared in Cataclysm. As I said, after Cataclysm, you can tell how much the writers were changed.

One of the things that makes me mad about new expansions is that The Horde will always be the villain in some way. The Alliance didn't have any major antagonist on their ranks, while the Horde had Garrosh and Sylvanas as the main bosses of their expansions.

The writing for the Alliance is going to go downhill from here on out now that Anduin is King. The writers have been setting him up as blue Thrall since Cata and his constant whining and trying to make peace with the Horde every time they start something in the future is only going to get worse.
