War of Rights isn't too bad. Still in early access though, and melee combat is complete shit, but I hear they adding support for artillery crews before long and eventually they're going to expand the size of the maps and add cavalry support.

There's a Civil War mod for Empire: Total War. There are some major inaccuracies regarding Europe, like the German Empire being around in 1860. But otherwise it's quite alright. Just don't try playing anything other than the Union or the Confederation. I gave the German Empire a go, and steamrolling France went quite good until the Emperor and all of my generals died in the same turn because they all were 150 years old.
Crushing the Confederation, then invading Mexico and Africa was quite fun, though.

History channel made two fps games on the PS2, but other than that, can you imagine modern fps gaymers wanting to play a game without full auto shootas? Slave ships were in the business of importing slaves, an activity that was illegal for five decades prior to the Civil War. The Jews were the leaders in the importation of slaves (gee, Jews importing a racial minority with a profit motive, where have I heard that one before), but I'd have to see evidence showing that they continued dealing in slaves as plantation owners or as middlemen to convince me that they continued to profit off of slavery.
