Hello, /v/ boys.

I was trying to fill out this map with games that are related not only to my country, but also to individual regions within the country, but I got stuck as I couldn't come up with many other games that were both set in Italy and had a very specific part of it in mind.

With that being said, I thought it would be fun to try the same approach but with other countries that are further divided into subregions (think of the various US states, the German subdivisions etc.) trying to come up with good (or at least passable or noteworthy) games that are set there, either in full or in part. Can you think of any such games?

Also, if you knew of any other games set in Italy, I'd really like to know as well.

Very nice autism, You can always cheat with simcade racing games, like gran Turismo might have multiple race tracks all over Italy and you can call it a day with that one

Yeah I tried to make a point not to add any game that fit the Sports, Racing or Grand Strategy or World Wars setting because it's pretty much cheating, I'd rather show games that fit with the actual places they're set in. For instance, the KoF XI stage I thought was just some neat background but in actuality it's a real place in Ostuni, bridge and all. Or with the Hitman reference, the place may be fictional but the language spoken and the way people acted like is extremely Sicilian, even the "see-nothing-heard-nothing" attitude of the priest reflects the kind of people that live there. I guess the only exception I made was with C&C because the Tiber river is technically in Latium but its water source is in Umbria, and since it's a plot point I thought it was relevant enough to add it in.
