No you did not. You're not the first guy lying about his ban reason, either intentionally so you get sympathy or because you're too dumb to know why you got banned.
If things went the way you said, an admin would have talked with you first and cleared things up before they'd escalate to a ban.
In the case you're being honest however, you're playing on a shit server with shit admins and you should not be allowed in to boost their playercount. You're just making sure that shitmin stays in power when the only actual repercussion bad administration can ever bring to a server is less players.
And in case none of these points seem valid to you, you were playing on goonstation. Fuck you for being dumb enough to go there, double fuck you if you were banned from literally everywhere else and that was your last resort, another likely reason for you posting this thread.

BYOND has no "crazy ban evasion system", it's on a server-by-server basis with every codebase implementing their own solution. Goon code, being closed source, likely has a solution that isn't even publicly known.
Because of this reason however, anyone that would know of a way would do better to stay quiet and not divulge it to anyone. If too many people use the same trick to circumvent that security measure, the codebase will just implement something even more draconic, screwing up the guys that found out originally how to bypass it due to shit for brains idiots using it to griff every shift.
TL;DR: You're a lying dumb faggot with bad taste in servers that never bothered to populate better ones so you'd have an alternative that doesn't fuck with you like goons do and anyone that could help you has good logical reasons not to.
