This is pretty off-topic, but given that you guys are well-versed in technology and this is one of only 2 active boards on the site, I thought to ask you here.
BO, please extend me the courtesy, as i am asking this in good faith, with no desire to derail the board or anything like that.
Why is it taking 5 fucking minutes for my posts to go through???
I click the "New Reply" button, and it hits 100%, says "Posted", but then nothing happens. I can refresh the page, still nothing. Only 3-5 minutes later will it appear. Do any of you know what is going on? Ron never answers his email, or responds to tweets, so contacting him without a subpoena is clearly useless.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. Pic unrelated, but would sure as hell like to see someone make a Father Ted video game.

I would guess that your posts are queued somewhere and it takes several minutes for the update to complete.
