It's a many and varied genre, from the worst facebook tier shit, to autistic solo deck grinders, to partially story driven, to just cards on cards.
I thought Card Crawl was just the usual thing but it really pops open once you crack open the deck. I like a nice lean card game. I hope Numentale goes somewhere. It's one of the more tactical card games I've played.
