That's pretty much all she needs visually.
If you want another sugestion:

These work best when they're lazy only 80% of the time. Maybe less. To get them to act all lively, you need a "trigger". I'd go with milshakes: if she has one, the sugar rush pumps her to be faster and more agile.
The thing about chubby characters is that they can also perform incredible feats of strength and not look abnormal. So don't forget to have her punch/claw shit when she's "active".

I'm the artist on both.
And yes I know her sprites need shading, I just did them quickly for testing in game. I'm gonna go over it all with 16 bit color depth once I'm done making all the sprites she needs.
Milkshakes give her different abilities she can perform with her tail depending on their flavor. She is able to morph her tail into a variety of different objects such as a spear, a unicycle, a minigun and a coil spring.
