Delays mean more time, and more time means more polish. If the underlying game is shit it will still be shit, but on the rare case it isn't shit then delays have the potential to make a good game great and a great game even better.

Xenoblade Wii, albeit in regard to the Japanese release (NoA didn't even want us getting it here). Monolith Soft wasn't going to meet their deadline and Takahashi thought they'd have to cut a lot, only for NoJ to let them delay to give people a better game. To be fair, it's still missing Bionis Shoulder as an explorable zone, but at the time wound up the most complete Xeno game released, considering how Xenogears and Xenosaga wound up compared to what they were intended to be.

Why do those who try to defend Tifa's breast size in the remake always lie?
I don't understand why people will blatantly lie about Tifa's breast size despite being given the gift that is sight. Tifa's breast size changes in every game, hell in games like the original FFVII her breast size is inconsistent within the same game. So when she was first shown off the push from others to have you believe that now all of a sudden her breast size in FFVII Remake is the "same as ever" has the overwhelming odds of being blatantly false due to the inconsistency alone (which, surprise, it is). Whether you like or dislike Tifa's FFVII Remake design itself, the proportions presented are objectively not the same as she has been portrayed previously (partially due to the more realistic look).
This reminds me of when Samus was first shown off in Smash Ultimate. People were going around seriously trying to say that her breasts were the same as in Smash Ultimate but just more compressed. While they were obviously wrong I didn't think much of it, but people trying to do the same thing to Tifa really get's the noggin joggin.
