So can someone explain to me what the hell Dragon Ball: Kakarot is supposed to be? After FighterZ, I really don't know what to expect from this game. On one hand it's great to see characters from OG Dragon Ball return, but on the other hand it looks like Xenoverse shit, which is a complete step down in quality compared to something like FighterZ. Still, if anything I can always pirate the game and let you guys know how it is. Maybe it's a closet surprise like the new Terminator game. I just don't know what to expect from it.
Cell > Frieza > Moro > Zamasu > Super/Kid Buu

Expecting anything that doesn't have very fixed perspectives to have FighterZ tier graphic is a pipe dream currently.
The way its done is very camera dependent.

"Xenoverse 3" is a bit of an odd label anyway, Xenoverse wasn't particularly stagnant gameplay wise. 1 v 2 is a pretty huge gap so no reason to think a successor wouldn't be different again because 2 is still pretty eh.
The gameplay shown for kakarot does just look cookie cutter though. Not particularly XV-like outside of some basic 3D DBZ game features that didn't really come from it.

Possibly to do with one of the first Anime to be exposed to the west, not to mention the boom it caused along with Pokemon and Sailor Moon. The interesting thing to me is how hard DC Animation had to work in order to compete with Dragon Ball, but that's a topic for another time.

Did we watch the same show at all? The first big arc of it is literally silly adventures on alien planets, leading into finding a mecha world via dancing aliens.
GT was filled with jokes during its run. Most major villains even have joke scenes. Pretty sure nearly all the Shenrons were gags outside of Syn/Nova.

His character arc was already over. His son died because of his carelessness then he apologized to Gohan. He then attacked Cell and saved his mortal enemies son's life. That should have been the fucking end. Buu is a fucking disgrace of a character. Literally just Cell but made of bubblegum.
