If you linked to a torrent or something, people would be more willing to take a look.

Firstly, use QTDDTOT.
Secondly, the name of the folder is "name of the executable" plus "_Data" suffix, so it probably is a Unity game. If the folder has a buch of files with .assets, .resource, or .ress extensions inside then it is a Unity game. If so, try using Unity Assets Bundle Extractor or a similar tool.

Step 1. Discern what game engine is the game built in (if it uses an engine at all).
2. Find an editor, or dev tools for said engine and open the encrypted files in said engine(s).
2.5 Get 7-zip and open any files that look like they hold data as archive. 7-zip may or may not work as it is a very brute-force way of extracting shit from files.
3. Most likely your music files (if you find them, they might have their original piece names, or simply be numbered. You might have to trial and error it, dunno) will come in unreadable formats. You will have to download software to convert them. Audacity and Xmedia Recode are a good start. Just don't do something retarded like renaming the file extensions to .mp3.
4. It's easier and faster to just find out the artist who composed the soundtrack (because they almost always have a separate dude that makes the music, trust me) and find out their bandicamp or discogs or whatever and get the music from there. Buying or pirating the music from the original source will always yield a higher quality sample, mind you.
All the programs I listed here are free or open source and all the steps are so simple that even a half retarded chimp can do with ease. Please don't let me down, anon. I spent a whole 10 minutes writing this shit.

Capeshit forced memes is a certain kind of caner even ironically since it still promotes the movie.

If it's unity like it seems to be judging from the naming and thread try
https://github.com/Perfare/AssetStudio
Instead, it's usually the better extractor of the bunch, even has preview for everything.

One thing you can try if you're out of idea and not proficient at anything programming related is
>get to place in game where music is played
>start task manager
>right click game process
>create dump file
>scan said file for audio file format headers
>copy the appropriate section in an hex editor
>rename to proper extension
>try to play
It's what I did once for some ungodly reason, also worked to extract a few DRM protected streams a few years back, it's really fucking stupid and long but better than nothing

I'll give a shit if you extract the entirety of DDO's music, meshes and ingame texture assets, as well as that of Neverwinter Onlines.

This is what you can do if you just want to listen to music that was ripped straight from the source, or convert source files into a more widely accepted format like mp3:
1. acquire foobar2000
2. acquire the appropriate plugins for the types of files you want to play, I recommend Game Emu Player for these formats:
>AY, GBS, GYM, HES, KSS, NSF, SAP, SGC, SPC, and VGM.
LazyUSF for .USF/.MINIUSF files (N64 sound files).
vgmstream plugin for these:
>ADX (CRI ADX ADPCM), brstm (RSTM: GC/Wii ADPCM, 8/16 bit PCM), .strm (STRM: NDS IMA ADPCM, 8/16 bit PCM), .adp (GC DTK ADPCM), .agsc (GC ADPCM)
3. convert those files into wav, mp3, flac, whatever using foobar's convert functionality
???
4. profit
This shit only works with ROMs of older console games and some PC games.
