Merry Jesus to all, I need some good turn-based shit to run on this faptop while I'm visiting family in christmas. I like strategy and RPGs.

Games like this I have already played lots of:

OpenGeneral, Heroes III.

Any cool suggestions mein gheimers?

Anything for DOSBox will run. Same for emulated consoles. Wine can be a crapshot, but turn-based games generally tend to run well. Rally, you are nowhere as limited on GNU/Linux as some might want to make you believe.

Does Jagged Alliance 2 have a port to Linux? I know the source was released.

Plenty of good options if you can emulate PS1, and still a good number if you can only emulate SNES/GBA.

Try Cataclysm:DDA and Unreal World. Theyre both in the raiagent repository for Gentoo.

I think Civilization V and up have native Linux ports.
