The OS mod is amazing, but it changes the mechanics slightly some things are easier like downloading (shortcut keys) but you can't pre-crack the password since the new cracker auto logs in after finishing. Not that this matters if you have monitor bypass.

Same poster but I mean there is a strategy in Uplink where you connect to random sites and run the password cracker without logging in to harvest administrator account details. Then you bounce through them to your actual target and it gives you a ton of bonus time because you have an admin account hacked on your bounced servers. The autologin of the mod ruins this strat since if you log in the admin password often get either reset or they start tracing you if it's a high security server.

Hacking banks is easy you pleb, just clear logs at InterNIC at every stage. Use a ton of bounced servers as well because they slow down passive traces too.
