Mine has to be Devil Inside. The aesthetic, the tempo, the shameless, over-the-top 90's/early 2000's humor. Still love it.

One Way Heroics: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/827/One_Way_Heroics__Plus_Edition/

Stay clear of the remake

There was something about a sequel or a remake or something that is absolutely terrible, it could be the One Way Heroics+ DLC or it could be something else, either way, the base game is solid

The Fall: Last Days of Gaia. It's Fallout but a lot more realistic (until the ending, blah)

Not the most underrated game I ever played, but certainly one of the most underrated games I played lately.

The Grinch. Holy shit was it ahead of its time. Massive open world. Collectable randomly scattered blueprints to build your own weapons. The map tech was very impressive even remember it lagging a bit in some areas. The gameplay was cool because they gave you lots of weapons and jetpacks to do random stuff.

Under rated game for me must be Burger Time for the arcade, Unlimited Saga for rpgs, and Black for fps.

Seemed to borrow a lot from other games and combine them. I remember playing it when younger, it was a competent title.

Fucking love this game. Has really god-tier atmosphere, interesting stealth/squad gameplay, good sound design, decent humor and an ok story. The graphics are kinda shit but they have their charm, and I suspect the animations are simple and models are low poly since the game needs to render itself 4-5 times.

That being said it's hard as balls and really weird to play. It actually reminded me what it was like to play video games for the first time again. It's a lot like Thief, where stealth feels like the most viable option, not so much something the game forces you to do. You have to manage a squad, each in first person, which is easy enough unless you're in combat. If you get caught though it's overload and really hard to manage. Not to mention every level has a way for reinforcements to show up unless, so gunfights are usually a losing battle.

Also another thing I appreciate is that the levels very a lot. First one is exploring a town, second one is exploring a city with sewer/rooftop access adding a 3d element, next one I believe is a road you have to go along with army trucks driving by (if they see you they will drop off troops and you can get in an infinite loop of trucks seeing you in a gunfight and dropping off more troops), etc.

It's not for everyone, but it's right up my fucking alley.

Disney Alice in Wonderland. It's one of those movie tie-in games that are really good but no one knows about them. The atmosphere is excellent, it has creative (if not very challenging) puzzles and a fantastic art style. The game is also not very long so it doesn't overstay it's welcome, I highly recommend it. Fun fact, the game is so obscure that the only screenshots I could find of the PC version are from the Steam store page.

Licensed game developed by a small team of Britbongs.

Decent visuals, shit ally character models but tons of them, hundreds of enemies and SFX on screen, crowd control to the max with meaty sounding weapons, soundtrack is really close to the 1997 movie.

Some of the enemies and levels are broken as fuck though, they were clearly rushed.
