In all seriousness it feels hollow and cumbersome, I'm not used to having face button not only being below the right "joystick", but this low as well.
It takes regular AA batteries instead of having its own rechargeable one, included duracell batteries are not rechargeable.
It's kinda loud, for some reason it has its own little speaker and it beeps whenever I turn it on. Trackpad thing on the right does a weird vibration whenever I get closer to it's center, I don't know how to describe it, but I guess that's how they solved the tactile feedback issue.
Overall, I'd need more time to judge it properly, but I'm not too sore over the $5+$15 shipping costs I forked over to valve who took such great care at packaging it, I had to scratch the paper off the joystick.

That said, I hear gyro aim is actually really nice and better than analog aiming, you should try it out and tell us what you think OP. Bind the gyro to aim-down-sights in a KB+M game for best results, or to it's own button if you're playing a shooter without aim-down-sights (i.e.: a good one).

Gyro works well if you set it for fine aiming while using the sticks for general aiming- if you're already facing the guy then the gyro will get you a headshot. It's not as good as KB+M but it's good enough for modern FPS ports.

Well I'd say to try it in games with built-in gyro support, but I don't think there are many games like that on PC, and making the gyro control an analog stick instead of the mouse is kind of fucky. But even using gyro that way with a DS4 (which is said to be a bit less accurate and have more input lag) in MGSV I found myself using it more and more.

That was certainly an experience. Caught myself having trying to figure this thing out, kind of like play Wii for the first time again.
Pro-tip: do not bind touchpad to right stick and gyro to mouse-region or you'll spin indefinitely.
Waaaaaay too finicky for me to say right now, plus I'm not used to playing shooters wit ha controller, but I can see what valve must've had in mind when they designed this bulky thing.

Valve's controller were a complete success, though. Everybody was talking about them, they sold a ton of them, and they are widely supported. It's been almost 5 years, Anon, they are clearly emptying their warehouses for VR headsets, stations, and controllers.
