Well, you accused me of doctoring the image, which I didn't. It was simply a screenshot of what I saw on my screen. Indeed, you're free to consider the page altered (it is) and possibly not-archive-worthy depending on the point you are making when referencing it (if you were trying to claim the authenticity of the whole content of the page originating from the site's servers, it's clearly not). However, I don't (and never will) consider custom theming and regular site extensions like mine to be "doctoring." That word implies a difference in the degree and motivation of the changes. It would be one thing if it were changing the content of people's posts, or somehow putting words in the mouth of the administration like "Codemonkey here, I'm a faggot please rape my face" type shit, but just changing the aesthetic of websites and adding new functionality is common and accepted. For instance, nobody pre-exodus would have called a screenshot with visible extensions present "doctored" unless the post they were replying to was making some kind of illegitimate claim. Such as someone having posted a screenshot with altered post content, post intro, or attached file and claiming that was a real post. True, I don't think that theming a website means you can call the site whatever you please. I do refuse to give in to "official" name changes of a community of anons - not just "a website" - for legal kikery. "Branding" itself is gay. I never considered 8chan or any other imageboard's name to be some Brand™. That's already jewish in my opinion. 2channel is 2channel. 8chan is 8chan. At least until the populace is replaced fully enough that we all move and start calling it the next cuckchan. What matters is the anons. So I consider the debranding work I'm doing entirely justified.
The only alteration in my script that could be questionable, in my opinion, regarding my original one-off shitpost, is the user-customizable tagline. I'll give you that. It's currently set by default to the one from that dumb tv show that anon recently posted, and since I didn't think anybody would give a shit about an obvious shitpost didn't bother changing my settings. I could go with the original "Embrace infamy" when I release it if anyone thinks that would be better.

Why the fuck did they make the 8kun logo yellow? I know it's some lolberg reference, but it looks like dogshit. You already have the snek. Snek for lolberging, and green to reference the 4chan/8chan origins.
