Also, they're usually aimed at teenagers or young adults. A typical LN will have a coloured front page and an additional coloured page at the start, and then between 4-8 illustrations, usually to either show important moments or for eye candy. Most of the LNs I've tried reading usually have a shit story, shit characters, shit setting, and shit illustrations. Pick however many you like. Some of them are like junk food: you know it's bad but you can still enjoy it.
