PC version, cracked DLCs, shitton of mods mostly to fix gameplay such as melee combat or car handling, SP or FiveM if you must play with other people. Make sure it's a physical copy and that it's used so that none of your money goes to Cockstar. That is all.

Besides that, if you could buy ~~virtual currency~~ tokens with cash, gamble those tokens and then get cash back, it would be actual gambling, which would raise the rating to AO, and Jewstar would have to conform to government regulations on gambling such as no kids allowed, and government officials looking at their source code to make sure it's "fair" enough.
