Usually when I give female characters names in something like x-com I'll try to give them names like you might see in a bond movie. Deepthroat, red light district, and some others. Of course Fuc Myr, Do Myr, and Sqrew Myr are a few I keep using.

I usually use the same name that's my online handle for everything because I have an absolute lack of creativity. If that doesn't work because I need multiple characters and the alternate spelling versions won't be appropriate, I usually turn to random generation. My absolute peak of creativity is naming a bunch of skeletons in Kenshi after random bones or mechanical objects.

I keep it stock. Use the defult name. If there isn't any I look up the history of names in the games and then apply what best fits my character.

For normal characters, usually by combining alliteration with a random name, and then adding something fitting to their character/profession.

I use generally realistic names or lore friendly sounding ones.
If playing some money generator i generally give them jew names.
Women I flip-flop between Anna or Eve/Eva but I rarely play female because its not immersive. Also their family name is usually some french word related to the RP i want them to be.
For male characters I try to have real names based on the character as well, for instance I bit stupid lug would be "Ed Millows" and a faggot speech guy would be "Francis/Frank Lawson".
Also lizard characters that I don't know any lore friendly name I just name them "Komodo".

I also forgot to say how usually name male characters. It largely depends on their nationality. The UK, sweden, and africa/SA ones are named Jamal, Tyrone, Kang Barbosa, Nigger, etc. France, and the middle east get names like muhammed, The Bomb, bin laden, and stuff like that. If I manage to get lucky, and get an australian like in xcom they get named Dundee, Sniper, or saxton hale. If I get really lucky, and role a german they are usually made as close an approximation to hitler as I can get. The chinese are a bit harder, but jackie chan and wang fire are good choices.

Aren't most slurs blacklisted in Pokémon? The most retarded one I ran into in X/Y was "Weedleball" because "weed". "Viola" is the other dumb one because she's one of the gym leaders but "viol" is "rape" in French.

They're not necessarily blacklisted in Pokemon, it's just any game using the built-in 3DS keyboard will inherit the system blacklist. Still, I found it frustrating how many words were blacklisted because they felt the need to blacklist slurs in every language regardless of the language being played. Ironically, I ended up just learning foreign swears from having to look up why X word wasn't allowed. This is how I learned a lot of bad words from online games as a kid. We'd repeat censored messages back to each other where the censor was, look up the censored text, and learn a new word or abbreviation for said word. If companies never censored the text I wouldn't have known said words were bad in the first place.

I came up with one username back in 2005 and slowly changed it between games. The current variation has no resemblance to the first name I used. (Not my actual character names, but it'd be a similar concept to wizmage11 -> swordmage -> swordice -> IceNSlice -> etc.)
Lately I tried using background or side characters from various shows. I like to go for more obscure characters in multiplayer or online games to save me the hassle of coming up with a new name if it's taken. In your case I'd go with a character that has big tits, or make the name about something she's done in whatever show she's from.
