Even though I've not played the game since the release of the Moroccan Operators, I've been given more reason to not play this game. The Game Director, Alexandre Remy, was talking about going back to the old operators, THE ONES THAT LOOKED LIKE FUCKING OPERATORS, and changing their base visual appearance to be more Hero-like so that they stand out more as individuals.
Fuck the normalfags. If RB6S had never gotten popular for two seconds, I would have my arcade-y operator game. But this is what I get for liking a game made by fucking ubisoft.

It was the only MP shooter that despite having a garbage netcode I could stomach, but it has turned into such a shallow piece of shit thanks to esports bullshit and normalfags, Operation Health was the transition period to the new dev team, which by the way:
Fixed fucking nothing.
I just want to go back to Siege year one man, it's not even an autistic rage of not being able to accept small changes, I think everyone who played Siege at around year 1 and plays it now can conclude that the game is brutally different in anything besides it's skeleton.
Siege sold like shit, then the team fixed it and it became popular, so the obvious response from Ubishit was to remove that team and add a bunch of retards that want to make Siege into CS:GO.
For fuck sake they even added a weapon spray system that was similar to CS, and it was fucking garbage.
They went so far as to create automatic bans for racial slurs, something the previous team never cared because they realized they had much bigger issues to deal with.
But that wouldn't be good for the sponsors now would it.
Fuck this, I've had such a great time on Siege and now looking at what it's become pisses me off.
If only you could go back to a different build of the game, but no because it's a shitty "service".
I'm never buying a ubisoft product ever again.

It's rather fascinating to me how everyone on /v/ got turned off from Siege more by this change in intent rather than any actual gameplay changes. Like, balance-wise the game is much better off than around the pre-Operation Health days now that dumb shit like Blackbeard's adamantium rifleshield, Lion's wallhacks, Dokkaebi's logic bomb, pocket snipers, and Ela's lasercannon got nerfed. Hereford Base and Club received some much needed reworks, and the new pick 'n ban mode helps prevent the game falling into a stale meta. The new ops certainly have been nowhere as shitty as those released around White Noise.
Like, it's interesting to see how it was this change in developer intent which soiled everyone's taste for this game, as if everyone could smell from a mile away what was about to happen next and pre-emptively cut their ties with the game to avoid getting hurt again, even though even up to this day those fears have yet to actualize themselves in the gameplay itself.

The new interns they have on as the devs are also so incompetent that they had to remove the shield negress and disable claymores and deployable shields because they cause game breaking bugs. The reason being is that you could cause your character to become invisible using claymores, basically allowing you to kill the entire enemy team by yourself, make yourself immune to headshots using a deployable shield, somehow making it get stuck on your face, and the shield negress because you could somehow glitch it so you could shoot through your shield and become invincible. The game is a joke.
