I had no idea this game got a remaster for PS4 and Xbone. It’s one of my favorites and I’ve always wanted to own a physical copy as the pc version is a bit rough around the edges. Anyone know if this was a good version of the game or like most remasters did they screw it up?

Ghostbusters 2009 has been making the rounds in gaming news over the last week since a remastered version has appeared on a Taiwanese ratings board website.

Also the Xbox 360 version of the game is backwards compatible on Xbox One, so if you want a physical copy, there's that for the time being, I guess.

That would be the case wouldn't it? Somehow they end up porting the PC port to new consoles, stripped multiplayer and all.

Hopefully it turns out true, it's my go to comfort game. If I were going to get a last gen copy I'd probably go with a ps3 copy just because the 360's discs were so shitty. also, I don't plan on ever getting an xbone.

Especially considering it would probably be activision handling it or at least I think that's who owns the vidya rights as of now…
