With the original Game Boy being over 30 years old now, what would you say were its best games? Link's Awakening & Final Fantasy Adventure are still my favorite games of that system. Personally, I like top-down action rpgs the best. Running around and attacking things in real time, instead of turn based battles and other passive forms of gameplay.

It was a pretty obtuse game, you definitely need to read the manual to play it, which doesn't help when emulating. It's one of those games that's designed for keeping a notepad/graph paper beside you when you play.

Favorites are Tecmo Bowl, Bonk's Adventure and Duck Tales. The first and last one are very solid ports of the NES games, and Bonk is a weird amalgamation of Adventure and Revenge on the TG16.
One game i really wanted to try but never got the chance to play though was Wario Blast, shit looked awesome back in elementary school, but i just couldn't find a copy of it for some reason.
