I doubt that. Basing off of a dog's snout (from observation; not experience), you would certainly enjoy having enough length to accommodate a penis of almost any size. Essentially what plays a major role in human appearance is the shape of the forehead. A small forehead means a small brain and is a more animal-like indicator. People with smaller brains are often uncanny.
