I know there were talks back in the day between Sierra and Sega to bring Leisure Suit Larry to SegaCD, but they fell through for obvious reasons. Most of any "adult" games which came to consoles were developer prototypes and fun little builds to be passed around the office. Some of them got out, like Strip Fighter II for TG-16 and this one strip-poker game for the original GameBoy. Or maybe it wasn't strip poker, but just a slideshow of nudes.

Other than that, I don't really know. Maybe LSL:MCL which had a peep-hole easter-egg that I think was a reference to LSL6. Made it into the Xbox version before being cut out of later prints.

There's little in the last few years, Adult rated games are still fucked when being sold physically and digitally, and Video Games = Childish Pastime is ingrained, so moralfag police is always encroaching.

I was thinking more in reference to the homebrew games out there, but I will have to see about looking up all those "official" ones.

i remember digging enough one day that i found a treasure trove of homebrew ps1 h games. most of it was american garbage though

There's a handful on the saturn and plenty more on the pc engine and tg16. Steam-heart's comes to mind as a popular one.
