Here's my summary of all the important bits
- Win7 support
- Mod support is planned, collaborating with El Dewrito devs, support for Halo Custom Edition content is something they wanna do
- Reach will have the full armor cutomization system, adding it back for 3 and 4 is something they are interested in but isn't in the current roadmap
- PC specific balance tweaks to account for mouse accuracy is possible

Lorefag here, Halo's got probably the most and most fleshed out lore of any vidya franchise, only thing that I can think of that comes close is Elder Scrolls
However, the games mostly stay light on it: There's obviously some stuff in there just as part pof the plot, and there's some neat hints and envoirmental storytelling that ties into some of the lore and EU stuff, but if you are expecting the game plots to be these super well written narratives or with tons of worldbuilding, you will probably be dissapointed, aside from with Halo 2. The novels is where most of that stuff is at.
