It's a mostly generic action game, but it can be fun if you like the show. There are different levels that play out like episodes from the cartoon, before the writing went to shit. The characters look weird in 3D, though.

I played pic related to death as a kid. Probably not as good as I thought it was, but I remember it being cool that the game was split into themes that were pretty different and the levels being just different enough in gameplay to be interesting.

I've played the handheld versions of the first one and Attack of the Toybots, the first one was a bit bland, but decent enough, and Toybots was a beat em up, it was mindless but fun, i'm not sure how different the console versions are but you should give the handheld Toybots a chance.

I rented the first Nicktoons unite game on Gamecube years ago, it was a decent co-op game for kids, But it probably doesn't have much depth, looking at gameplay again, I'd compare it to a Lego game, you pretty much button mash against enemies, and the 4 characters have abilities needed to proceeded at certain points.

When I was younger I got to pick a game to buy once, and my older brother was really trying to egg me on to buy Wario World, but I ended up picking Royal Ransom, and he stayed Salty about it for Years.
I mean in hindsight Wario World is clearly the better game, but at least I still got a ton of mileage out of Royal Ransom, it wasn't a bad a game at all, at least for a kid. It had Mario 64 style hub world, and a bunch of variety to it's gameplay, as well as a 2 player mode.
