As a magic class, More spells independent of a global cooldown timer, DOTs are good but it feels really brainless with the small amount of management tools you have as a caster compared to dark Knight comboing or monk shifting. I know that spellcasters should be focusing on their dot casts but some more global-independent spells would make it a lot more engaging.

Also make War Never Changes mod the default and fix settlements so if you set up supply lines and have lots of supplies the settlements will take care of their own needs instead of bitiching that you wont do it for them and starve defenseless out of spite

A lot of the things you bring up seem to undermine the faction system to begin with. They had to make it so that doing missions for specific factions would eventually break your alignment with them entirely so the player would be encouraged to stick with one they ideologically side with. Otherwise, if it's actually really hard to get one to hate you by doing missions for another it's probable players would just try to do each factions quests like they would commonly play a Bethesda game not knowing that you'd screw yourself over later. There's moments where "muh realism" flies in the face of gameplay. It would also make players forget you can disguise yourself as the member of another faction because it's actually really hard to get one to hate you unless you start murdering their members.

I think a system like what Nioh uses would have worked better.

I wish they had made guns function as powerful long range offensive weapons with limited uses as well as defensive weapons used for parrying.

there are quest related infamy changes what I'm saying is if the player works to balance the infamy they gain with the fame they gain for the factions they should be able to play each side to the wire as a reward for properly balancing allegiances.

Almost about to beat DS2 now. The characters are all forgettable and uninteresting, soul memory really is bullshit (can't stay at a certain soul level for PvP bc you still accumulate points and so won't be able to find people to invade), and there is no direction other than "lol kill the king dawg." At least the first one told you to ring two bells, kill 4 assholes, and then kill the king.

I'm not a muh graphics nigger but fucking christ DS2 looks like absolute dog shit. It also manages to play more clunky and slow then DS1. DS1 had the best characters/Level design/atmosphere, DS3 had the best gameplay and bosses. DS2 is abysmal fucking trash and I'm so sick of people saying it's a good game just because it's made by From.
