Vectorman was pretty awesome. I like Vectorman 2's gameplay more than 1, but 1 had better settings and made more sense. 2 Also had his bitching voice lines. I'm super bummed out he hasn't had a guest appearance in something like Racing Transformed. A thought came into my head thinking of the reverse for franchises that deserve less games that they got, and Bubsy came to mind. Out of the gaming mascot era between mid 80s to mid 90s, I'm not sure how Bubsy has gotten 5 games under its belt with a 6th coming soon. After the mess that was 3D, I thought everyone recognized how lame Bubsy was and rightfully wanted to forget him. Out of all the mascots, The one in OP and Aero the Acro-bat would have been better choices that Bubsy to have a continued franchise.

SHINOBI deserved more. SHINOBI is a pretty good franchise, all things considered. SEGA could produce a great 3D action SHINOBI game in the vein of SHINOBI PS2, but they will not do that because they are a bunch of no-taste-having-faggots who want to subsist on Sonic's popularity while siphoning multiplatform support for old games. SEGA has a myriad of good franchises to work with, but sadly only a few actually get new sequels. SHINOBI is probably deemed unprofitable by investors, and that is likely why we'll never see another SHINOBI game.
It's probably for the best, because I'd rather have no game than some shitty abortion that was shoved out for the sake of pandering, although I suppose an HD port of the 3D games would be nice.

Patapon had so much potential. The first game was flawed, but the second game fixed every single problem with it and added a shit-ton of new classes, weaponry, and minigames.
Then the third game came along and turned a cutesy rhythm game with RPG elements into a fucking online-multiplayer-focused dungeon crawler with horribly written original characters, stupid and boring weapons, fewer classes, and a horribly gimped party size (Patapon 1 and 2 let you have parties of 20 characters, 3 maxes you out at FOUR). Its shitty story also retroactively ruined everything achieved in the first two games and ended the story built up previously in the most moronic way possible. SCE Japan can go fuck itself.
