stop hunting trophies. you'll get alot more enjoyment. i have a general rule. i play through the game fresh. if i happen to get most of the trophies, i read whats left and if they dont sound tedious, i'll do them, and i only do this for games that i love and cant get enough of. or if the game contains my waifu trophies are a good way to make sure you dont miss any major content.

You can (and for the sake of your eyes, should) turn off DoF in the settings, which will remove the vaseline smeared all over the camera lens.

The framerate will never be "fixed" on account of the framerate being, well, fixed. Catherine's physics are programmed on a per-frame basis. I think you can get 60fps in the (realtime) cutscenes if you really want it, but changing the frame rate in the main game would either just make everything move in fast forward, or require rebuilding the entire engine.
