Its only a rumour mind you but there are apparently JP only interviews stating 'the series might not be a good fit for the switch/home consoles' and i prefer to expect the worst and hope for the best.

Still at least the last big 3DS release is something better than the trash the DS and GBS got i suppose. It had a good run.

Admittedly I haven't looked more into it, but is it even getting a physical release out here at this point in the system's relevance? Granted, the 3DS is hackable/piratable for, but it's always better that there's a physical option than not in the long run.

I still consider the DS to have had a better library, and while by the end it was mostly new shovelware/licenced releases, it still saw some actual games too. Shame Atlus couldn't be bothered to bring Noora to Toki over by then though.

I don't like it, but I can see it. Just a couple years ago I could take my 3ds with me and get tons of spotpass. A bus passing through multiple school zones on the way to a university where even more show up. Since then, fucking nothing. Normalfags don't have handhelds anymore. Everyone is on their fucking phone playing some braindead match 3 though.

Interesting. I know Atlus is prone to supporting systems like that despite them being out of date, but it's still nice to actually see them keep the trend instead of just doing digital.

Do hope they did something less generic than that spine though, considering it says "art not final." Never been real fond of bland helvetica or whatever, especially when it should be simple enough to fit/convert a logo to spine text. Yet some companies do boring spine text instead (even Atlus at times).

Why does atlus keep changing perfectly good names?

Also the switch isn't the same as the 3DS, there's a huge leap in the amount of money devs have to sink into making a good switch game versus a good 3ds game, and series like EO which were built on the idea of 2 screens are dead for good. This is why the Wii U should've lived instead of the Soyitch.
