It is mostly English. But other European languages do get the same treatment because the words are cool and exotic. I've seen many restaurants here that have random Italian plastered over the walls. If you ask them what it means they'll give you a good old fashioned 知らん because to them it's Italian and that's the end of it.

Japanese is by far the most pleasing East Asian language that I've heard so far. Mandarin Chinese and Korean sound irritating and guttural, by comparison. Though I'll admit that there may be some other nicer sound East Asian language that I've never heard before.
