Level as Arms and tank dungeons. 2-3 runs per dungeons will smooth your XP curve quite a bit which will help you fight green mobs instead of even lvl, get you a lot of money, and most importantly get you gear. Having to fight +1 and +2 mobs as a Warrior in green gear is hell, being able to fight -2 or -3 mobs in blues is a joke.

It's pretty much unplayable right now though. Any mob you aggro needs to be killed or it'll keep you in combat permanently. Pets don't follow and despawn if you walk more than 40 yards away from them, they also can't use their abilities properly due to the insane lag meaning no Torment/Growl. If you do it wrong you might get banned, but once the char is created you're fine, even if anti-cheat is implemented later. The hidden skin is literally just using WPE to modify the character creation data your client sends to the serbian and changing the "skin" ID beyond what is allowed in the client.
Just keep in mind that you can use the skin, but alls its gonna take is a GM to see you, or some asshurt Redditor to report you because you learned how to fuck around with WPE and he didn't, and you'll lose your char. It's not something that happens accidentally.

The talent trees got tweaked between vanilla and TBC. Nothing major but you really have to look at talent calculators to get an idea. For example warriors had all their pvp talents shuffled over to the arms tree and druids had their +10% melee damage talent moved to resto tree.

might just be my imagination but after playing a vanilla server a few months ago and BC now. It really feels like mana regen at low levels is much slower. Leveling a enh shaman was pure torture in BC compared to vanilla. Vanilla it seemed like I could refresh flame shock and LS every time they dropped during a normal fight and still end up with my mana bar just a little lower than I started by the time the mob was dead. While fighting the same damn mobs in bc I was having to drink so much that I might as well have just been elemental. LS became that thing I could only afford to use once a fight.
Also there is a handful of low level caster greens and blues they reworked for BC and added +spell damage/healing to. So there's some cloth gear you might actually care about before level 57 now.

TBC introduced faster leveling outside of outlands, coupled with Netherwing's tweak of awarding double rested bonus, you'll see yourself level much faster than before. I've been autistically fishing and griefing alliance and I'm still almost halfway to 70 a week into launch.

Now correct me if I'm wrong here but TBC had a lot less in terms of updates that changed the landscape of the game since it came with nearly every raid tier available from the start so aside from sunwell and BT the first month of a new server will be identical to a year down the line. So the TBC API changes killed TargetByName and made ClearTarget a protected function so H8 List won't be able to passively scan as well as it does in Vanilla.
