Concerned, I checked out CH's own advice on the matter and they gave all the nice, warm, fuzzy reassurances that nothing was wrong, it's just false positives, but added:

Most of the hits I do get for W32 or W64/GameHack whatisthisidonteven, but I also get a "trojan downloader" and a Trojan.Win32.Occamy.
And this is all still above board?!

Especially when you're dealing with trainers and cracks, look more closely, half those detection clearly say it detects a game hack and one even clearly state cheat happens, "gen" in that context means generic means the heuristic has detected a virus like behavior which trainers tend to have that (inserting shit in memory and trying to remains stealthy enough to not trigger basic anticheats) especial those ones that have authentication like CH ones (since it's generally worth considering that trainer that need authentication will have a payload for fraudulent ones)
tl;dr: It's probably not gonna cause issues
