They're piling up faster than they can be chronicled. Rumor is that it's such a shit-show that Bethesda has been kicking their teams into overdrive to get Starfield out as soon as possible, and to get TESVI hype started. Of course, Bethesda already operates their systems well past the point of breaking specifically so they can kick shit out as fast as possible with as little training as possible anyhow. So speeding things even more will inevitably fuck those game even harder. All in an effort to put as much distance between FO76 as possible. If true, this could well end up being a cascade failure since Bethesda has a ton of lost-ground with normalfags they need to make up for - and Starfield and TESVI need to be executed perfectly if they're going to regain that goodwill. Yet, that's an almost impossible feat for Bethesda even under normal development cycles for them - it'll be glorious to see how fucked up they are when rushed.

The one they advertised was not the one they sent to reviewers. The reviewer bag was of a much higher quality and came with a free ticket to West Virginia to hang out at some fancy historic hotel. The advertised canvas bag, even as advertised was a much lower/basic quality, came in a bundle that cost $200 which may or may not have included the game. I can't remember that point, but it's almost standard practice now that collectors editions no longer contain the game you're collecting.

Do you know Bethesda at all? Oblivion at launch was so buggy that some quests literally didn't work. Skyrim was also filled with bugs. A lot of shit was fixed by the community with mods. It's obvious that if you are too incompetent to make a singleplayer game, a multiplayer game will be disastrous. The very idea of multiplayer pretty much empowers any bug in the game that was not significant in singleplayer, like the running speed tied to FPS for instance.
I feel like the investors or highups are to blame here, they thought "These big multiplayer games like pubg/fortnite (whatever the fuck was popular at that time) are making tons of money, we want some of those fat ass checks too", but never realized they didn't have the means to pull it off.

I'm not talking about the disk, but you don't get access to the game at all in many cases. Whether that's no game disk included, or not usage license granted - the point is you pay $200~$300 for the special cocksuckers pro edition and then you have to spend another $60 for the game (or another $120 to get all the shit they chopped out for DLC plus a handful of complimentary lootbox/mtx fun-money). Season pass not included.
Special Collector's Editions often aren't editions at all, as they lack the product itself. They just a box of cheap themed toys with the game's logo printed on them.
