A lot of this could be avoided if they didn't make Diablo Immortal the main thing that was announced at a con that was suppose to be for their high profile games. If they were smart, they would have done a mock teaser for a new main dialbo game and say that it'll take time to fully show the game and then announced the diablo immortal as a way to tide over the fans as they work on it.
