I've played for many decades and here is the top moments:

1. First few hours of GTA III fucking around

2. King's Field (NA) entire game

3. Demons Souls first run thru

4. Morrowind– getting lost and discovering unique items

5. Summer of late 90's getting back into gaming after a few years off and playing Diablo, King's Field, Resident Evil, Parasite Eve, and Chrono Trigger in a row by chance due to them being rentals from a video store. It will never get better than that I suspect.

The 2nd worst thing my pa ever did was break my wiimote and ps3 controllers. He was trying to get some sleep at 11pm, but my sister and I were still up. She was putting makeup on in the bathroom with her stereo music on full blast. I was playing super mario galaxy 2, but with zero volume to let him rest. He woke up fucking pissed at "all the noise" and took it out on me. Not my loud sis. He threw my controllers at the wall and broke them.

He apologized the next day for snapping, but damn. Why me, I thought? I was fucking silent.

The worst thing he does (even today whenever he visits) is keep calling my PlayStations and Xboxes "Nintendos". 20 years straight, and it's still annoying as shit.

First game I ever really, truly beat. Even went on to 100% it. It was fun being 10 and having all the time in the world for vidya.

I remember being the little angry sperglet who always got easily stuck in vidya. The prison breakout in Jak II, shooting out the alarm thing in Metroid Fusion, the shipping container puzzle in Jedi Knight 2 all confused and befuddled my simple mind, all of which had very simple solutions. I had to constantly beg Mom for strategy guides so I could beat these games.
