They should really make a full cartoon series for that Sonic Mania Adventures. Katri layton is good but it had to stop at a worst time for the continuation of the relic puzzles to find her papa.

Can't really think of any recent good video game cartoons. Conception the anime was terrible with only one good episode. The meta romcom only approach didn't work for me. You did remind that there was an animated Heavenly Sword that came out way later than when the game came out and had worse graphics which was terrible. Angry Birds was better than it's source material could work with but normalfags seem to shit on it for some weird reason.

Oh, that made me laugh far more than I expected.

There's an animated series of that one popular endless runner that makes it seem like Rocket Power, except slightly worse or better, I barely remember that show. Just replace Hawaii with any random urban city.

Other than that, the only videogame-adapted series I watched recently was Blazeblue Altered Memory. It didn't have nearly enough fighting for my taste. It also didn't help that they wasted half an episode just to put all the females they had on the beach for fan service so the pacing could be even more fucked up.

I'll be waiting for those autistic sonic shorts from NG to be posted.

I hated blazblu too, it was a shitty adaption. However, as you already know, it was just an advertisement ploy to get people to buy more merch and crap.

The anime only pandered to those who already knew what was going on with the story so of course that was obvious. I bet the anime would have been better if it wasn't just condensed into a couple of episodes, and expanded on the background and lore for newfags. Not only would that have made it a better series, but they could have recieved more sales on their games.

from "this whomps" in Recess (for which they devoted an episode to analyzing it as a cuss word right down to having to have a judge recognize it as free speech) to "noi jitat" in Pirates of Dark Water (which not only means fuck, but holy fuck) to "slag" in Transformers
