>Make police and bounty hunters ride from town to the last known player location to search for him rather than spawning on top of him.
>Make police and bounty hunters have limited spawns so that you will no longer deal with 50 police spawns in a town with a population of 20 people.
>Make police ai improved so they use cover and try to flank.
>Rebalance crime targets like trains to be more heavily defended due to the lack of town police that will now be coming.
>Add more in depth crowd control to crimes. Make NPCs not shoot at you for not hitting the contextual rob button in time. Remove NPCs randomly drawing and shooting at you for trying to rob them. Make defiant NPCs wait until you stop aiming your gun at them before they fight back. Give subtle indications of defiance so the player can kill or beat those NPCs into submission. Add a group panic tracker that needs to be full enough that you're taken seriously but low enough that the NPCs don't get act on fight or flight instincts.
>Add individual alertness for the guards so players can attack somewhat stealthily as long as they don't use guns or let the guards get shots off.
>Fix bandannas so that they actually hide your identity.
>Crimes you get away with no longer lower honor stat.
>Fix the broken bounty system somehow.
>Add the ability to pick locks or break down doors with dynamite. Not being able to rob shops at night is fucking retarded.
>Fix first person view so iron sights are used and the weapon models look decent.
>Improve gunplay and make weapons vary more from one to the next.
>Make horses go about 3x as fast to decrease travel time.
>Remove unkillable flag from quest npcs.
>Remove peace zones from Indian reservations.
>Remove word filter from horse names
>Remove annoying immersion systems like the need to eat, brush your horse, and shave periodically.
>Drastically shorten animations for opening drawers and looting in general.
>Make a private server for multiplayer that isn't jewish.
This is the list of things to start with, but it'd still need a lot more work even after all this. I honestly think you'd be better just starting from scratch they fucked up so badly.
