CERO Z is the restricted one, something akin to ESRB's AO in ways if a touch less severe. Unlike AO, Z games can be stocked in many places, but don't get adverts or anything beyond an in-store "Now in stock" sort of deal. Stores may also section the games off. As for CERO A, the stricter guidelines happened around 2008 for certain sexy things like deep cleavage and pantyshots. We tried out classic mode with a few different characters because thats the only worthwhile mode that offers multiplayer then we got bored after a few runs with different characters.
