When I lost weight, I went from having chronic IBS to literally only pooping once every other day, nice solid fiberous turds that leave next to no residue - cutting my usage of TP down to just the little single-serve squares that looked like a cruel joke when I was fat. Though I still use two and just double it over because that garbage is almost unusably thin.
Anyhow, eat lots of fiber too. Oatmeal and Fruits for breakfast with an egg for protein. Get lots of fiberous veggies. And as the other anon said, stop drinking so much coffee. That stimulates your colon to empty. Try to stay away from medication if you can. I know a few fat people who load up on anti-diarrhea pills to keep their butts from leaking, and then end up binding themselves up so bad that they have to take a day and flush themselves with laxatives. That's the kind of shit that leads to megacolon
